Our Summer clear honey captures the essence of a warm British summer.
From hedgerow blooms, to woodlands and wildflowers - our bees are placed strategically where they have as much forage in reach over July and August to create these unique and wonderful blends.
We pride ourselves in maintaining our Summer Honeys 'one-of-a-kind' flavour by using natural settlement to sustain its rawest form.

Spring Soft Set
Our Spring soft set is unique to this area as it showcases the wonderful creamy depth of Oil Seed Rape crops that surround us in the Spring alongside the fruit orchards (Cherry, apples and plum) which the bees pollinate locally.
The bees produce this delicious blend from March through to May and we take extra care when processing it into jars so it has a velvety smooth texture.
